Requena

Overall impression

Adriano Vermut is the limited series from Bodegas y Viñedos Haya, a fifth-generation family winery in Requena (Utiel-Requena). It is made from the estate's own wine —not purchased neutral wine— and a secret master formula of natural botanicals, without colourants or artificial flavourings. Artisan batches: when a run sells out, there is no guaranteed restock until the next vintage.

Nose and palate

Pending evaluation.

How to serve it

At 8–10 °C, neat or with ice and a slice of mandarin or orange. The winery recommends not mixing it: the vermouth itself is the star.

Production context

Made in the heart of Utiel-Requena. 15% vol., 75 cl. Direct sales at bodegashaya.com with free shipping from €59 to mainland Spain and the Balearics.
