Oro Nómada
Vermutpedia Score: 8.6/10
Overall impression
Oro Nómada is the artisan vermouth of Bodega Artesana Antonanza (Cordovilla, Navarra): a family bodega built on Navarra Chardonnay, 33 hand-selected botanicals and eight months in French oak plus two months in glass demijohn. The mahogany tone with golden flashes comes from ageing, without artificial colouring. Great Gold Catavinum 2024 (best vermouth in the world); gold Vinduero 2023 (Spain-Portugal).
Nose and palate
Evocative, soft aroma. Fresh, fruity flavour with sublime balance between sweetness and bitterness; delicate echo of cinnamon and liquorice on the finish. Balanced texture where each botanical and each month in barrel is perceptible at the recommended serving temperature.
How to serve it
Between 8 and 10 °C neat, with olives, dried fruit or blue cheese; also in Negroni or Navarra Marianito. Embrujo edition available in 200 ml.
Production context
Maceration of herbs and spices in white wine base; rest in demijohn after barrel. 15% vol., 750 ml. Gold medals Bacchus and CINVE 2025. Family bodega since 2021 in Cordovilla (Navarra).
