Rosado

San Clemente

Overall impression

Vermut Tres Rucio is the sweet rosé vermouth from Finca La Gallega (San Clemente, Cuenca): 90% Bobal rosé and 10% Chardonnay, sweetened with honey and aromatised with bay, roses, rosemary and local botanicals. Captures the Manchegan landscape with half the sugar of a conventional rosé vermouth, according to the Tres brand. Luscious, floral and versatile; ideal as a spritz or with orange.
