Overall impression

Green Mixology Organic Vermut is the organic vermouth from the drinks laboratory of Fogar do Santiso (Teo, A Coruña): from soil to bottle, with botanicals from the group's organic kitchen gardens. The sole vermouth reference in a range that also includes artisan gin and vodka.

Nose and palate

Pink colour from hibiscus and red fruits from the garden (raspberry, blackberry). Aromatic festival: basil, lemon verbena, lemon balm, clove, cinnamon, wormwood, pepper and citrus. Silky, festive flavour after two months in oak barrel.

How to serve it

Chilled with ice and a slice of orange and lemon; in restaurants within the Fogar ecosystem or in an author spritz.

Production context

Maceration in organic wine from traditional varieties with 21 herbs; organic certification and gluten-free. 15% vol., 75 cl. R&D project of a pioneering Galician distillery in organic spirits.
