El Burlador Vermut Blanco is the white reference in the El Burlador range from Bodegas Símbolo (Sociedad Cooperativa Ntra. Sra. de Criptana, Campo de Criptana, Ciudad Real). According to the official technical sheet, the line groups fortified wines made with the region's rooted tradition, yielding vermouths and mistelas. Pale, clean and brilliant colour, herbal aromas from maceration and sweet notes of raisins and figs. 15% vol., 75 cl. Silver medal at the VII National Spanish Wine Competition 2025 according to the winery.
