Overall impression

Bocamanga Blanco is the brightest expression of Pista Corta Bodegas (Becerril de la Sierra, Madrid): gastronomic vermouth on 100% Airén, made with flor and macerated with twelve botanicals. On the official house card it is «the sweet one» — floral, fresh and surprising — in a range that avoids caramel and bets on artisan production.

Nose and palate

Straw-gold colour. Nose of iodine notes, fennel, cereal and ripe flowers. Floral and citrus on entry, yellow stone fruit and tea nuances; elegant and persistent. A fresher profile than Rojo Barrica or Enebro from the same house.

How to serve it

Very cold with ice and a slice of lemon or orange. Also as a spritz with Verdejo and soda (signature Blanco Spritz: 1/3 white vermouth, 1/3 Verdejo, 1/3 soda). Pairs with seafood, smoked fish, light toasts and desserts.

Production context

Made in Becerril de la Sierra with selected Airén, flor and twelve botanicals. 15% vol., 75 cl. Completes the Bocamanga range alongside Red, Enebro, Naranja, Mixto, Gallo Bravo bitter, Cream and ready-to-serve Negroni.
