Ana Caballo Vermouth Blanco

Ana Caballo Vermouth

Abertura , España

Overall impression

Ana Caballo white vermouth shares the Extremaduran Cayetana base and hedonistic philosophy of the Abertura brand (Cáceres). Three years of R&D produced a golden elixir designed for palates seeking citrus freshness and herb garden complexity without sacrificing botanical depth. It is the clear expression of the range, sibling to the red «Esencia» from the same house.

Nose and palate

Pending evaluation.

How to serve it

Very cold, neat or with soda; ideal as a light terrace aperitivo or before gentle Extremaduran cuisine.

Production context

Same pipeline as the red: three months of botanical maceration on Cayetana and two months in bottle. 15% vol.; formats 75 cl, 35 cl and 30 ml amenity. Ana Caballo Vermouth was born to subvert vermouth's status quo with a young spirit and Extremaduran family winemaking tradition.
