Overall impression
Vermut LOA Blanco (French style) carries the same Jaén recipe as the red: maceration of fruit, stem and leaf from organic Picual olive, adding fresh, enveloping bitterness, on young Airén wine. Born in Úbeda as an author vermouth with 100% Jaén origin — the vermouth of Úbeda, the vermouth of Jaén — with minimal sugar and alcohol for freshness without cloying. 88 Peñín points 2024, gold Excellence Vermouth Awards Madrid 2024 and gold CINVE 2025.
Nose and palate
Clean, bright appearance, greenish tones. Nose of white fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, pepper, coriander, ginger and chamomile. Fruity, playful palate with nuances of the olfactory botanicals; fresh and persistent, soft olive bitterness integrated without dominating.
How to serve it
Between 6 and 8 °C with olive and lemon twist. Pairs with aperitifs, pickles, pâtés, foie and Iberian charcuterie.
Production context
Artisan production with selected wines and natural botanicals — citrus, juniper, spices and aromatic herbs — alongside maceration of fruit, stem and leaf from organic Picual. No barrel ageing. 15% vol., 75 cl. Counterpart to LOA Rojo (90 Peñín). Degusta Jaén seal.
