Vermú Premium Garciani
Overall impression
Vermú Premium Garciani recovers the brand created by Nicomedes García at «La Segoviana», a historic reference for singularity and quality — with medals in its day — in the Segovian gastronomic universe. Daniel and Héctor San Juan, with family tradition in commerce and hospitality, relaunched the project with a provincial Verdejo monovarietal and more than twenty alpine herbs cold-macerated. Semisweet white vermouth connecting Castilian tradition and contemporary palate; unique reference in the Garciani catalogue. For Vermutpedia, Garciani Premium represents recovered Segovian vermouth culture: territorial Verdejo, alpine botanicals and artisan ambition in a 75 cl bottle with Peñín 89 external recognition.

For Vermutpedia, Garciani Premium shines in cold solo service showcasing Verdejo and alpine herb integration.
