Vermú Premium Garciani recovers the brand created by Nicomedes García at «La Segoviana», a historic reference for singularity and quality — with medals in its day — in the Segovian gastronomic universe. Daniel and Héctor San Juan, with family tradition in commerce and hospitality, relaunched the project with a provincial Verdejo monovarietal and more than twenty alpine herbs cold-macerated.
