Ana Caballo Vermouth Rojo

Ana Caballo Vermouth

Abertura , España

Overall impression

Ana Caballo Vermouth Rojo is the red reference of Ana Caballo Vermouth S.L. (Abertura, Cáceres), born after eighteen months of research to reinvent Extremaduran vermouth with native Cayetana grape from the Guadiana riverbank. The project — a tribute to the mother who inspires the brand — seeks a rebellious, fresh and elegant profile against traditional vermouth, with top-quality botanicals in a complex formulation.
