Vermut Rojo La Señera is the vermouth bet of a Valencian brand rooted in Alaquàs since 1955, today a reference distributor across the Comunidad Valenciana. Rated «Excellent» by Guía Peñín, it stands out for carrying thirty percent less sugar than conventional vermouths: the house minimises grape fortification of Tempranillo to reach the legal fifteen percent with greater naturalness. Result: a semidry, wine-driven profile without the alcoholic-sweet punch of industrial vermouth.

Nose and palate

Wine character and palate softness from the first sip. Notable balance between sweetness and bitterness, with nuances from French and American oak barrels that previously held Oloroso and rum: spiced notes, light oxidative touch and roundness without cloying. A continuous, pleasant experience built for long Valencian sobremesas.

How to serve it

Very cold over ice; perfect with appetisers, preserves and tapas. Already on restaurant lists across la terreta—the Valencian heartland.
