Overall impression

Vermut Blanco La Señera is the luminous counterpart of the Valencian brand from Alaquàs, rooted since 1955. Made one hundred percent from Airén grapes with maceration of botanicals, roots, plants and flowers, it follows the red's philosophy: thirty percent less sugar than conventional vermouths for a more natural, less cloying profile. Second reference in a range designed for the Valencian sobremesa.

Nose and palate

Fresh and aromatic from first contact. Herbal and floral character with lower sugar load than market standard; balance between contained sweetness and botanical bitterness. Light, inviting, versatile texture that suits both aperitif and longer table service.

How to serve it

Very cold over ice with rhubarb gin; also without ice in a tall glass as a dessert wine. Base for Mixto or Pintado (three parts barrel wine to one part white vermouth)—classic Valencian combinations.

Production context

Artisan production with Valencian Airén. Reusable, recyclable bottle. Fifteen percent alcohol, 75 cl. Completes the La Señera range alongside Vermut Rojo.
