Biermú Blanco macerates Godello and Chardonnay white wine from Palacio de Canedo with more than 30 different herbs —orange peel, rose petals, cinnamon, wormwood and other regional botanicals—, sugar and wine alcohol, according to Prada a Tope's official dossier. Made at the Canedo estate (Arganza, León), with organic vineyards certified CAECYL since 2003 between 600 and 800 metres altitude. Awards: Brussels International Competition Gold 2019, Excellence Vermut Awards Gold 2022, Silver Excellence Vermut Awards 2023 and 2024.
