El Burlador Vermut is the red vermouth in the El Burlador range from Bodegas Símbolo (Sociedad Cooperativa Ntra. Sra. de Criptana, Campo de Criptana, Ciudad Real). According to the official technical sheet, the line groups fortified wines made with the region's rooted tradition, yielding vermouths and mistelas. Ochre colour, herbal aromas from maceration and a touch of sweetness with herbal and bitter notes. 15% vol., 75 cl. Gold medal at Bacchus 2025 and Silver at the VII National Spanish Wine Competition 2025 according to the winery.
