Vermut Eclat Negro Rosso Reserva is the reserve vermouth of Qantima Group (Espinardo, Murcia), marketed chiefly in 5 L bag-in-box according to Spanish Liquors. Built from a fine base wine infused with wormwood, chamomile, basil, citrus peel and spices, it undergoes prolonged cellar ageing that adds toasted, toffee and ripe dark-fruit notes.
Nose and palate
Deep red with mahogany reflections. An intense, spiced profile: toffee, herbs and citrus; a lightly bitter, balanced finish. Designed for Negroni, Manhattan or solo service with ice and orange.
How to serve it
On the rocks or in classic cocktails; the BIB format suits bars and intensive home consumption (~€46.95 RRP). A practical reserve vermouth for mixed drinks and generous aperitivo service.
