MIX&TOO Especial Aperitivo is Bendita Locura's hybrid bet: neither red nor white, but a deliberate blend of the botanicals and styles from Embudo Rojo and Embudo Blanco on a Castilian Malvasía base. The fourth established reference in the Zamora range alongside Reserva Eva, conceived as a flavourful «mestizo» for aperitivo hour without surrendering the artisan character of Morales del Vino.

How to serve it

Over ice at vermouth hour, neat or with a light splash of soda. Works as a bridge between the two Embudo styles in simple cocktails, or as a standalone aperitivo with olives and pickles.

Production context

Artisan-made in Morales del Vino by combining botanical extracts from the house's red and white lines on Malvasía wine. 70 cl bottle, 15% vol. Bendita Locura Artesanos Vermut, S.L. sells the reference through its official shop as a balanced aperitivo and «indecently» mixed creation.
