Vermut Embudo Rojo

Bendita Locura

Zamora , España

Overall impression

Vermut Embudo Rojo is the founding red reference of Bendita Locura in Morales del Vino (Zamora). The house presents it with «punk soul and rock body»: sweet, bitter and bold, like «your best decisions». It macerates 43 wild botanicals in every sip on a Malvasía base, within an artisan philosophy prioritising local ingredients and manual production in the Zamora cellar.

Nose and palate

How to serve it

With ice and orange or lemon peel at vermouth hour; also in classic cocktails or with soda. Open it, pour it… and let the locura begin, in the winery's words.

Production context

Made artisanally by Bendita Locura Artesanos Vermut, S.L. in Morales del Vino. Malvasía base with 43 botanicals from hills and fields. 70 cl bottle, 15% vol. First reference of the Embudo range alongside Blanco, MIX&TOO and Reserva Eva.
