La Guindilla ΠΚ is Bernardo Fariña’s spicy artisan vermouth from Zamora: Toro red wine aged in barrel and macerated with local chilli peppers. A premium take that reinterprets the classic recipe with Castilian boldness and roots.

How to serve it

Neat on ice with orange; in a Negroni or other cocktails that welcome a spicy edge. Pairs with Iberian tapas, aged cheeses and intensely flavoured dishes.

Production context

Artisan production by the Zamora winemaker on a base of Toro red aged in barrel. 15% vol., 75 cl. The only reference in the La Guindilla line within Fariña’s vermouth project.
