Overall impression

Vermouth Lehmann Blanco completes the vermouth trio of the historic Lehmann distillery (Tortosa, Tarragona), alongside the red and Tradición editions. Made with Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo from Terra Alta according to the official sheet.

Nose and palate

Pale yellow colour. An intense nose of aromatic herbs and light balsamic touches; an agreeable and distinctive aromatic structure. On the palate, good aromatic intensity balanced with acidity; long, intense bitter finish.

Served cold, with piparras and olives from Bajo Aragón as the winery recommends. One-litre format at lehmannsensacions.com.

Production context

Made in Tortosa. Base of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo. Fifteen percent alcohol, 100 cl. Lehmann distillery, fifth family generation since the late nineteenth century.
