Overall impression

Vermouth Lehmann Tradición is the premium reference of the Lehmann vermouth range (Tortosa), above the standard red and white. It incorporates more than thirty aromatic plants and spices from Spain, France, Italy and Greece on a base of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo from Terra Alta.

Nose and palate

Dark amber colour. A nose of great herbaceous power. On the palate, subtle distinctive bitterness and long, pleasant unctuousness. A more complex, international profile than the house classic red.

How to serve it

At 6 °C with a slice of orange or lemon according to Lehmann. Mediterranean pairing: steamed mussels, tagliatelle with onion, cockles, oysters.

Production context

Made in Tortosa (Tarragona). Fifteen percent alcohol, 100 cl. Indicative price ~€10.60 in the official shop. Top-tier edition within Bodegas y Destilerías Lehmann.
