Made with 100% Garnacha Blanca from medium-age vines and proprietary macerations of Mediterranean herbs and spices per coopgandesa.com. Intense amber, sweet aromatic profile of the Cierzo comarca; entry reference against the innovative Pessigolla from the same cooperative. Nose and palate
Very intense amber colour, clean and bright. Complex nose: sweet spice, Mediterranean forest herbs, fennel, rosemary and fresh menthol nuances. Sweet, fresh and structured palate; slightly bitter, persistent finish. ~100 g/l residual sugars and 16% vol. per cooperative sheet. Compared with Pessigolla — the cooperative's innovative line — Terralta is the traditional sweet amber reference.
