Alma de Trabanco is the first white vermouth made with unfiltered natural cider (en rama) from Sidra Trabanco in Gijón. Inspired by Emilio Trabanco's habit of mixing cider into vermouth; it combines white wine, cider and botanicals with thirty days of rest.
Nose and palate
Matte straw yellow. Wormwood, orange and apple; freshness from cider acidity, cinnamon and the classic vermouth bitter finish.
How to serve it
At 8 °C in a wide low glass: solid ice, 10 cl and a slice of green apple peel (the house perfect serve).
Production context
Botanicals: wormwood, dittany, artemisia, gentian, boldo, cinnamon, star anise, coriander, vanilla; fruits cherry, orange and lemon peel. 15% vol., 100 cl bottle. A single-reference range.
