Vermut Auriense Rojo
Overall impression
Vermut Auriense Rojo is made artisanally with organic wine from an Ourense DO coupage and twenty-three botanicals including coriander, angelica, orange blossom, bay, gorse flower and wormwood. It stands out for a very dark natural colour from maceration, without added caramel according to Giraldez.

How to serve it
At 16–18 °C with a single ice cube, per house recommendation. Aperitivo with charcuterie and cheeses from inland Galicia.
