Bèrto Dry is the extra-dry vermouth of the Bèrto line (Distilleria Quaglia): conceived from the outset for professional mixology with long artisan infusions on Piedmont wine. It occupies the dry pole of the range between Rosso da Travaj and the Superiore references, maintaining the Bèrto philosophy of modernising Torinese tradition without losing botanical rigour.

Nose and palate

Clear appearance, herbaceous and citrus profile with artemisia to the fore. Clean, dry, direct palate; noble bitterness and a short finish that gives way to gin or bitter in cocktails. No residual sweetness to distort a dry Martini.

How to serve it

Dry Martini, Bronx or dry Americano. Ideal as a modifier in classic recipes where vermouth must interfere as little as possible with sugar.

17.5% vol., 75 cl. Made in Asti by Distilleria Quaglia with prolonged macerations of aromatic herbs according to Vermouth di Torino discipline. The Bèrto line complements its vermouths with bitters, gins and aperitivos to cover the basic needs of contemporary cocktail bars.
