Bianco Apertiv dla Tradission embodies the Bèrto line from Distilleria Quaglia: historic Torinese recipes revisited with a non-conformist spirit. The amber tone comes from long maturation, not colourants; white flowers, vanilla, cinnamon and raisin build a velvety, full-bodied white according to the Piedmont house — a natural partner to Rosso da Travaj.

Nose and palate

Warm amber colour. Floral, spiced nose with vanilla and dried fruit; soft palate, fine artemisia bitterness and elegant spiced persistence. Enveloping texture, far from the anonymous bar white.

How to serve it

Classic Martini, white spritz or very cold digestivo. Pairs well with soft cheeses and lightly salted Mediterranean aperitivos.

Production context

16% vol., 75 cl. Prolonged artisan infusions of selected aromatic herbs according to ancient Quaglia family recipes. The Bèrto line — vermouths, bitters, gins and aperitivos — was born within Vermouth di Torino tradition with artisan methods and high-quality raw materials.
