Rosso da Travaj —«Ross da Travaj» in Piedmontese— is the emblematic red of Bèrto, developed by Distilleria Quaglia alongside chef Federico Ricatto. Artisan Vermouth di Torino with long aromatic herb infusions, widely present in Italian cocktail bars for its balance and versatility in service and mixing.

Nose and palate

Amber-red tone. Spice, vanilla and artemisia on the nose; full-bodied palate, finely bitter with spiced persistence that supports Negroni and Americano without dominating. Well-integrated semisweet sweetness with classic vermouth bitterness.

How to serve it

Negroni, Americano or neat over ice with orange. The litre format (100 cl) makes it especially bar-friendly for high-volume service.

Production context

17% vol., 100 cl bottle. Made in Asti within the Bèrto line, which includes Bianco Apertiv dla Tradission, Dry and Superiore references. Prolonged artisan infusions and maturation that bring amber colour and surprising aromas according to the Quaglia philosophy of historic recipes for modern times.
