Overall impression

Bocamanga Cream is the vermouth cream from Pista Corta Bodegas: delicate Galician cream blended with the house Vermú Rojo Barrica and other ingredients kept by the master distiller. Silky texture, savoury and persistent pleasure, with notes recalling barrel vermouth and freshly ground coffee. A dessert product more than a classic aperitif; 70 cl galleon bottle at 15% vol.

Nose and palate

Pending evaluation.

How to serve it

Neat, with ice; mixed with coffee, vermouth or hot chocolate; or over ice cream and desserts. The bodega also suggests pairing with coffee or wafers.
