Vermut Bravú Rojo
Overall impression
Vermut Bravú Red shares with Bico de Lume white the incorporation of microfiltered Costa da Morte seawater. Dark mahogany, opaque colour; intense nose and more restrained palate, with dry, rough finish that sets this Atlantic red apart from sweeter vermouths.
Nose and palate
Pending evaluation.
How to serve it
Very cold with ice; pairs with preserves and salted products for its saline note.
Production context
Bico de Lume, Punxín (Ourense). 15% vol., 70 cl. Sibling to Bravú White in the distillery vermouth range.
