Vermut Crusat is the house vermouth of distributor Crusat (Gavà, Barcelona), present since 1940 in Catalan bars, cellars and homes — first in bulk as the house vermouth — and now available bottled. According to crusat.com, it is made with plants, fruits and flowers macerated in a white wine base, following the family tradition. The house describes it as ruby red, with balance of sweet and bitter, fresh and fruity, intended for the aperitif. 15% vol., 75 cl format (6-bottle cases). Origin Catalonia; operational HQ at Carrer Miquel Servet 10-12, Gavà.
