Nose and palate

Dark mahogany colour. The nose unfolds candied fruit, mountain herbs, sweet spice, dried fruit, toasted nuances and fine citrus. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, with good acidity supporting the structure and delicate bitterness that invites another sip. Elegant profile, more gastronomic than strident.

How to serve it

The bodega recommends serving between 6 and 8 °C, preferably with ice. A strip of orange peel enhances the citrus layer without masking the spice or mountain herbs.

Production context

Traditional production: white wine from Bodegas Riojanas blended with artisan extracts of herbs, plants, spices and citrus peel. Wormwood acts as the botanical base, accompanied by quinine, clove, liquorice, cinnamon, cardamom, orange peel and bitter chamomile. 15% vol., 75 cl format.
