Nose and palate

Dark amber colour. Intense, broad nose: aromatic herbs, balsamic and spiced notes, fresh grass and Albarín citrus. Soft, glyceric palate, fresh flavours of herbs, tropical fruit, balsamic and fruity citrus, with a balanced bitter-sweet finish. The Albarín base adds a distinctive aromatic lift that distinguishes Duende from generic white vermouths, while the thirty-day maceration integrates dittany, artemisia, gentian, boldo, cinnamon, coriander, thyme and vanilla with cherry, orange and lemon peel.
