Overall impression

El Vermú Blanco is the vermouth from Bodegas Valdovinos in Antillón (Somontano de Aragón), made from Macabeo and Chardonnay with more than thirty days’ maceration alongside wholly natural aromatic herbs until wine, botanicals and alcohol are perfectly homogenised. Straw yellow with green hints; very aromatic, floral and herbal. On the palate it is flavourful and fruity, with softened bitterness.
