Overall impression

La Vizcaína Vermut Blanco is made in Las Caldas from Verdejo grapes with no added sugars. It is the white reference in Chus García Prieto's vermouth trio, alongside the Solera red and the orange-peel-macerated white—three expressions of Asturian restaurant vermouth craft.

Nose and palate

Fruity touch, natural sweetness and intense flavour per the product sheet. Semidry profile balancing herbal freshness and gentle vermouth bitterness—clean, direct and without added sugar masking the wine base.

How to serve it

Very cold, neat or with soda; ideal as a light aperitif. Also available in the Trío de vermuts pack with the other two modalities.

750 ml, fifteen percent alcohol, contains sulphites. Made in Las Caldas without added sugars; sold through the restaurant's online shop.
