Vermut Blanco macerado en cáscara de naranja La Vizcaína
Vermutpedia Score: 7.4/10
Overall impression
This reference starts from the house white vermouth macerated with orange peels in Las Caldas. With no added sugars, it completes La Vizcaína's vermouth trio alongside the Solera red and the Verdejo white—the citrus-accented middle sibling of Chus García's artisan range.
Nose and palate
Fruity with a citrus point, intense flavour and light acidic tang per the official description. More citrus-driven than the base white while maintaining mouth intensity—orange peel amplifies without sweetening.
How to serve it
Very cold over ice with orange twist; also in spritz with tonic. Included in the Trío de vermuts pack from the shop.
Production context
750 ml, fifteen percent alcohol, contains sulphites. Made in Las Caldas without added sugars; third piece of La Vizcaína's artisan vermouth range.
