Overall impression

Vermut Lagarizza is the vermouth expression of Finca Míllara (Pantón, Ribeira Sacra): since 1875 the estate has cultivated botanicals following a tradition begun by the Miño monks. Infusion and maceration with the bodega's finest wines and an original recipe handed down through generations. Distinct, perfumed and elegant; intense and rich with long aftertaste.

Nose and palate

Reddish with mahogany flashes. Perfumed, elegant profile; natural botanicals very present. Rich on the palate, intense with prolonged aftertaste typical of Ribeira Sacra vermouth.

How to serve it

Very cold, without ice, perfumed with orange peel — as the bodega recommends.

Production context

Made in Pantón (Lugo), D.O. Ribeira Sacra. 15% vol., 70 cl. Sole vermouth reference from Finca Míllara alongside its Mencía wine range.
