Lince Rojo
Overall impression
Lince Rojo is the premium artisan vermouth of the Lince brand, born in Badajoz (Extremadura) from three friends united by vermouth and the Iberian dehesa, per lince-vermut.com. Launched in May 2026 with a first production run of 4,000 one-litre bottles, it is made on a base of wine destined for cava production and a careful selection of more than twelve natural botanicals —wormwood, cinnamon, clove, rosemary, cardamom, ginger and other spices— with a subtle touch of acorn that adds depth and a unique Iberian nuance. The winery declares 15% vol., in line with traditional vermouths, and a balanced profile meant to be enjoyed without fuss. The project allocates part of its profits to AMUS (Acción por el Mundo Salvaje) to support Iberian lynx conservation and other emblematic species. Already available in Madrid, Extremadura, Germany and the UK per the winery.
