Ruiloba , España

Overall impression

Miradorio Vermut is the artisan vermouth from Bodegas Miradorio in Ruiloba (Cantabria), a family bodega reviving Cantabrian viticulture by the Cantábrico. White wine base macerated with wormwood, chamomile and local aromatic herbs — hints of mint and hazelnut; caramel must and green walnut shell give a golden colour with copper glints. Rested in soleras over a hundred years old to mature.
