Papatán Edición Pureza is the most refined expression of Jaén vermouth from Torreperogil: the same philosophy without artificial essences as the classic semisweet, with careful selection of local Jaén Blanca and km 0 botanicals. It pays tribute to the most authentic essence of the brand in a premium format with gift box, designed for gifting and author aperitifs.

Nose and palate

Intense aroma, herbal notes and light spiced nuances; harmonised flavour with a slightly bitter finish. A cleaner, more elegant expression than standard Papatán, retaining the honeyed, Mediterranean character of eastern Andalusia.

How to serve it

Neat, on ice with an orange slice, or in cocktails that highlight its personality. Ideal as a premium aperitif in good company.

Production context

70 cl with gift box, 15.4% vol. Tall 350 mm bottle according to the bodega's technical sheet. Second premium modality in the vermouth range alongside classic semisweet (75 cl) and Papatán Picante (75 cl); Papatán orange wine belongs to another category. Made in Torreperogil with slow, natural maceration of indigenous botanicals from the area.
