A modern statement from Bodegas Jaime in Morata de Jalón (since 1846), within the innovative range alongside Honey and Rosé. Intense brilliant green in the glass; the house calls it green, herbal and with more attitude than a Friday night. 100% Macabeo base on century-old soleras and Pipero barrels over eighty years old. 15% vol., 80 g/l sugar — drier than Original — 750 ml (€12.00 online). 15% vol., 750 ml. Declared botanicals: natural cannabis aroma, chlorophyll, basil, eucalyptus, lime peel and undisclosed herbs. 80 g/l. Part of the wine ages in century-old barrels per Jaime tradition. The house stresses it does not intoxicate but hooks — no psychoactive effect at the legal THC limit.
