Vermut Blanc

La Vermood

Granollers , España

Overall impression

Vermut Blanc is La Vermood’s white variant (Granollers): same maceration of over thirty botanicals for thirty-five days with grape spirit and spring water, three months in barrel and blend with white wine base fortified to 15% vol., but without adding caramel to the finish. A clearer, more direct profile within the brand’s Mediterranean range.
