How to serve it
The winery defines it as wine aperitivo stimulating appetite: neat, with ice and orange peel, or mixed with soda. Serve very cold in balloon glass or low tumbler; the «La hora del vermouth» pack includes tasting glasses for aperitivo ritual. Pairs with olives, cheeses, nuts and Málaga tapas. Gentle treatments in production: natural precipitates may appear.
