Vermú de Garage Blanco de Graná
Overall impression
Vermú de Garage Blanco de Graná completes Curro Marín's Granada range (By Curro Premium): Alexandria Muscat without prolonged ageing in red oak, aimed at classic Granada taverns with contemporary touches per the winery. Cleanliness and brightness evoke Sierra Nevada purity in the official narrative. Sibling to the solera Reserva Especial, this white reference offers a lighter, more floral-grape profile from the same Garage family born at Asador Curro. For Vermutpedia, it represents Granada white vermouth with moscatel honesty and tavern accessibility, verifiable at bycurropremium.es.
Nose and palate
Pending evaluation.
How to serve it
Very cold with ice, lemon slice or twist; crushed mint on the glass rim for the bolder. Neat or in simple mixed drinks. Serve between 6 and 8 °C in wide glass or tumbler; mint and lemon reinforce Granada tavern style without masking muscat. Works in spritz with soda or light tonic. Pairs with olives, fried fish, boquerones and Andalusian tapeo. At room temperature glyceric texture can feel heavy; refrigerate before serving. Not built for Negroni: its value is freshness and floral grape. ~€11 official RRP; 75 cl format. For Vermutpedia, Blanco de Graná is drunk very cold with citrus or mint, as Granada tavern white vermouth from the Garage family.
Production context
Made in Granada alongside Reserva Especial. 15% vol., 75 cl, ~€11 RRP. Second Garage family reference after the red solera. Alexandria Muscat base, no prolonged red-oak ageing declared. Curro Marín (Francisco Javier Marín Cejudo) develops the range from Asador Curro with Horacio Calvente barrels for the red line. For Vermutpedia, Blanco de Graná synthesises By Curro Premium's Granada white: moscatel, semisweet, unaged in red oak, verifiable at bycurropremium.es. Complementary piece to the award-winning Reserva Especial on the Andalusian vermouth map.
