How to serve it
Serve very cold neat or with ice and orange slice —Andalusian tradition aperitivo in Granada. Pairs with tapas, cheeses, nuts and preserves. Works in Negroni or vermouth with soda when more body than industrial vermouths is wanted. Temperature between 8 and 10 °C in balloon glass; six months in oak add roundness pairing with charcuterie and nuts.
