Vermut Andalusí Rojo
Overall impression
Vermut Andalusí Rojo is the classic reference from Andalusí Destilerías (El Viso del Alcor, Seville), sibling to the Organic version already on Vermutpedia. Base of eight-year Oloroso in French oak with a touch of Pedro Ximénez and maceration with Andalusian botanicals. Mediterranean symphony with quince jelly, honey and rosemary warmth.
