Vermut Niña Lola —also marketed as Niña Lola Vermú Rojo— is the red vermouth from Bodegas Infante, a century-old winery in La Palma del Condado (Huelva, D.O. Condado de Huelva) with documented roots since 1870 and a historic reference in Condado brandy. According to Vinoscopio and Vendimia Seleccionada sheets, the house recovers an old family recipe: a 100% Zalema base wine —the Condado's native white variety— macerated with traditional botanicals not publicly disclosed and aged over one year in oak barrels through criaderas and soleras. Dark mahogany colour with copper highlights; spiced, dry and balanced aromatic profile with torrefaction notes, bitter orange peel, wormwood, Mediterranean herbs and old-wood imprint. 15% vol., 75 cl. Pairs with other house references such as Vermut Agüita del Querer. How to serve it
Very cold as an aperitif, on ice with orange peel or in the classic soda combination; pairs with olives, pickles, lupins, ibérico ham, aged cheeses, anchovies and cured tuna according to distributor tasting notes. In cocktails: Vermut & Tonic with orange peel or an Andalusian-style Negroni. Serve in a wide glass or low tumbler.

Own Zalema vineyards on sandy and limestone Condado soils; winemaking from base wine of the variety, traditional botanical maceration and barrel ageing under the criaderas and soleras system (over twelve months as stated). Winery with long tradition in brandy, orange wine, punch and spirits; vermouth made with the house's legendary sweet wines according to dinfante.com. Contains sulphites.
