According to the official sheet, it starts from sweet wine of Zalema, Palomino and Pedro Ximénez with maceration of thirty herbs prepared in infusion with the finest holandas —authentic vermouth essence—; the elixir is blended with sweet wine in American oak butts, where it rests two years. Medium mahogany colour. 15% vol., 75 cl. For Vermutpedia, Oliveros Crianza defines classic Huelva vermouth: Condado artisan tradition in aperitivo format.

How to serve it

Suitable for aperitivos in general; the winery recommends serving at 10 °C. Very cold with ice and olive in Andalusian format; pairs with preserves, cheeses and Condado charcuterie. Works in Negroni or Americano when Huelva vermouth with body and frosted-fruit notes is wanted. Balloon glass or wide tumbler; orange slice enhances maceration citrus.
