The elixir is united with sweet wine in American oak barrels, where it rests eight years. Zalema, Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes. Medium-toned mahogany colour. 16% vol., 50 cl. Exclusive, exquisite aperitivo cocktail for any special occasion.

Pending evaluation.

How to serve it

Suitable as aperitivo for any occasion; the winery recommends serving between 10 and 12 °C. Small glass, very cold, without excessive dilution to appreciate mistela and long ageing layer. 50 cl format invites slow tasting with aged cheeses, nuts and ibérico charcuterie. Also in a bold Negroni or neat with moderate ice and orange peel.
