Vermut Perfer is born at Bodegas Perfer (Tabernas, Almería desert): among barrels, sun and silence, a vermouth that reinterprets the eastern Andalusian Mediterranean. Made from a quality wine base and a selection of botanicals, aromatic herbs and spices. It has a winery soul and a plaza heart; a tribute to the eastern Andalusian aperitivo ritual. Amber colour that invites, an aroma that envelops.

Nose and palate

Aromatically complex: cinnamon, clove, wormwood, rosemary and thyme with a subtle background of toasted caramel. Soft, enveloping entry, with balance between initial sweetness and the final bitterness of traditional vermouth. Sweet, bitter and spiced in just measure; each sip evokes endless afternoons and conversation backed by laughter.

How to serve it

Cold with acorn-fed ibérico ham, cured chorizo, lomo embuchado or fuet — pairings recommended by the winery. Chorizo paprika contrasts with wormwood bitterness; fuet accompanies cinnamon and toasted caramel touches. Ideal for informal nibbles in the plaza or on the terrace.

Made in Tabernas, Almería. 15% vol., 75 cl. Moscatel type; vines 2008/2014 according to technical sheet. Bodegas Perfer cultivates 42 hectares of Tempranillo, Merlot, Garnacha and Cabernet Sauvignon with manual harvest in the dry, high-altitude desert climate. Guide price: €12.99 per bottle or €77.94 per case of six.
