Vermut Vividor is the vermouth reference of Bodegas Arráez (Font de la Figuera, Valencia, DO Valencia), a winery founded in 1950 by Don Antonio Arráez Garrigós in the Terres dels Alforins triangle. A traditional family recipe: 100% Monastrell base wine at 15° without added alcohol, macerated with twenty aromatic plants, roots and secret botanicals with sarsaparilla predominating. It is the sole documented vermouth of Arráez alongside the bodega's portfolio of reds and sparkling wines — a Mediterranean vermouth with Monastrell identity and a formula that predates the current craft boom by decades.

Nose and palate

An intense nose of aromatic herbs, spices and balsamic touches. Sarsaparilla leads the botanical chorus, giving Vividor a rooty, slightly earthy depth uncommon in generic Spanish reds.
