Spritz with vermouth
A Mediterranean take on the Venetian spritz: white vermouth, prosecco, and soda. Light, bubbly, and made for the terrace.

Ingredients
- 60 ml White vermouth
- 60 ml Prosecco or brut cava
- 30 ml Soda
- 1 slice Orange or green olive (garnish)
Method
- Fill a balloon glass with large ice cubes.
- Pour in white vermouth and prosecco.
- Top with soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with orange or olive to taste.
